What you achieve with us Overall project responsibility: You lead demanding architecture and interior design projects in existing real estate (from approx. CHF 5 Mio.) across all SIA phases - with a clear focus on quality, costs, and deadlines. Leadership & Management: You coordinate interdisciplinary teams and ensure efficient, solution-oriented cooperation. Client Support: You act as the central point of contact and accompany decision-making processes at eye level. Quality & Implementation: You ensure that design requirements and technical implementation go hand in hand. Employee Development: You specifically promote junior and mid-level colleagues and sustainably strengthen team competence. What you bring with you Sound professional experience: You have 7-10 years of experience in leading complex architecture and interior design projects, including relevant practice in Switzerland. Additionally, you have a degree in interior design or architecture. Project and specialist competence: You bring sound knowledge of SIA phases as well as Swiss norms and standards, and strong competence in design, execution, and overall project management. Working style: You have a structured, forward-looking way of working with high quality standards and a confident appearance towards clients and planning partners. Personality profile: You are a committed and communicative personality who holds project teams together, makes clear decisions, and deals confidently with various stakeholders. Software and language skills: You possess good knowledge of Messerli Bauadmin, MS Office, Adobe and ideally ArchiCad, as well as very good German skills and good English skills.
