Tasks

• Management of an acute geriatric psychiatry ward
• Senior medical professional responsibility for the treatment of a wide spectrum of mental illnesses in people over 65 years
• Line management and professional supervision of resident physicians and resident psychologists
• Participation in outpatient services
• Member of the center management and the clinic management
• Participation in the senior medical service according to the service concept
• Further development of the psychiatric treatment and advanced training offers
• Cooperation with referrers and other involved internal and external departments

Requirements

• Specialist doctor for psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Interest in the field of geriatric psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Several years of professional experience
• Resilient, committed, and reliable personality with high social competence and service orientation
• Very good German skills
