Sales Controller/Junior IT Supporter (80-100%, m/f)

Job Information ###### Work location: Workload: 80-100% Tasks: In this important function, you report directly to the Managing Director and, as a Sales Controller (approx. 50 %), support them and the entire management team by independently preparing, analyzing, and clearly presenting management, sales, and service key figures. In addition, you support sales in the daily use of our CRM, check content, perform analyses, and provide important information to our sales team. As a Junior IT Supporter (approx. 50 %), you are independently responsible for the IT infrastructure and IT support in our branch. In doing so, you maintain our hardware, software, and our IT network in close cooperation with our Group IT, provide support for our employees, set up new laptops, mobile phones, printers, etc., install software, and advise and train our employees in all IT matters. Profile: Experience in the field of controlling, in handling data analysis and preparation from ERP systems (e.g.: SAP, Abacus, Abas, -) Successfully completed training in the IT field or comparable professional experience in the IT field/IT support Excellent IT knowledge Knowledge of system administration, monitoring tools, Citrix, - an advantage Ability to build a trusting cooperation and to handle confidential data Helpful personality with a high service orientation at all levels Good organizational skills and strong communication skills Required Skills ###### • Hardware • CRM • ERP • Junior • SAP • Support • Citrix • ABACUS
