Does the thought of providing security and orientation to people in challenging claim cases motivate you? Do you want to process complex property and liability claims independently and drive suitable solutions forward?

In this role, you are part of the Claims business unit in the Property & Liability claims area at Zurich Schweiz.

What awaits you

• You support and help people in claim cases by taking the handling of difficult claim cases off their hands.
• You clarify open questions and are responsible for oral and written inquiries from policyholders, injured parties, lawyers, authorities, and insurance companies.
• You have control over claim settlement, including the clarification of factual, coverage, and liability issues as well as the performance of claim calculations.

What distinguishes you

• You have a successfully completed commercial or equivalent training, ideally with a federal diploma in insurance or a degree from a Higher Technical College (HF) for insurance.
• You already have several years of experience in the claims department.
• You possess an affinity for IT and learn to operate new IT systems in no time.
• You are characterized by quick comprehension, work precisely, and attach great importance to being able to organize yourself.
• You have very good oral and written German skills; further language skills are an advantage.
