Team Lead HR Administration & Payroll DE

Your challenges:

• Team leadership of HR Administration DE as well as independent support and payroll for the assigned clinics and support in the operative and organizational leadership of the four-member team.
• Responsibility for flawless personnel administration throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle. From entry to exit administration and payroll (without recruitment)
• Support of correct and timely wage processing in cooperation with internal and external partners
• Support of all topics in the area of social insurance (AHV, BVG, UVG, KTG, withholding tax etc.)
• Control and maintenance of personnel master data, employment contracts, certificates as well as HR-relevant documents
• Contact person for employees and supervisors in administrative and social insurance law questions
• Participation and sub-project management in the optimization of HR processes, digitalization and introduction of new HR tools

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial training with further education in personnel management (at least level HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann or comparable qualification)
• Several years of professional experience in HR administration, ideally with initial leadership experience or deputy function
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system as well as in wage and personnel administration processes
• Confident handling of MS Office and HR systems
• Structured, reliable and responsible way of working with high quality standards
• Strong communication, service-oriented personality with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
• Resilient personality with high social competence and assertiveness
• Very good German and Italian skills in spoken and written form (mother tongue); French skills are a great advantage
