This is the job - Your main tasks # • Build, establish and accompany Agile Release Trains (ARTs) according to SAFe throughout the entire lifecycle. • Plan, moderate and ensure the successful execution of PI Plannings, Inspect & Adapt workshops and other ART events. • Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners and other stakeholders in the ART and support them in the application of agile methods. • Coordinate dependencies between teams, identify impediments early and promote their sustainable solution. • Create transparency regarding progress, risks and delivery and drive continuous improvement of collaboration in the ART. • Ensure successful and value-oriented implementation together with Product Management, System Architects and Business Owners. • Actively accompany agile transformations at our customers and promote a sustainable agile way of working. This job is for you if # • a completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study is present. • several years of experience as a Release Train Engineer within a SAFe environment as well as in the successful accompaniment of Agile Release Trains is brought. • a SAFe certification, for example as Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), is present. • experience in moderating complex workshops and in coaching agile roles is present. • complex relationships are analyzed in a structured manner and pragmatic solutions are developed together with different stakeholders. • there is a willingness to also take on other agile roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner or Portfolio Manager depending on customer needs, or to accompany hybrid projects according to HERMES. • very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (min.
