YOUR TASKS ## • Consulting in specialist-specific nursing situations • Accompanying new employees during the induction phase • Carrying out internal departmental evaluations as well as specialist-specific short training sessions • Consulting and coaching team members on professional nursing questions • 1x monthly specialist advisor meeting with all specialist advisors in the house • 4x per month fixed office days YOUR PROFILE ## • Completed training as Dipl.
