Shape the future of payment transactions at Zürcher Kantonalbank with us. In our Payments Operations area, you will accompany internal bank as well as national and international payment initiatives. You will contribute to ensuring that the Swiss financial center and thus also Zürcher Kantonalbank is and remains a reliable partner in payment transactions today and in the future.

Your tasks

• Analyzing, creating, accompanying, and testing requirements for projects in payment transactions in the settlement application Finnova
• Co-responsibility for the functional operation of the applications including incident management
• Creating database evaluations as well as analyzing optimization potential, for example in processes and STP rates
• Supporting functional operations and sales with functional questions and problem cases
• Collaborating with various stakeholders such as product management, specialist departments, external suppliers, IT architecture, and development

Your profile

• University or university of applied sciences degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Business Informatics, Business Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience as a Business Engineer, ideally in payment transactions
• Knowledge of agile project management methods, for example Scrum or SAFe
• Affinity for technical and abstract topics such as Big Data or application interfaces
• High personal responsibility, flexibility, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting characterize you
• Very good German and English skills
