Do you bring sound experience from structural engineering, enjoy customer contact, and want to develop into a responsible leadership position in the long term? Then this position offers you an exciting perspective within the framework of a clearly defined succession plan.

What is your activity with us?

• Taking over the deputy role of the Head of Construction and the gradual assumption of additional areas of responsibility
• Targeted induction and further training with the goal of taking over the function of Head of Construction within the framework of succession planning in approximately three years
• Professional and personal advice for our corporate clients in the area of construction insurance
• Management and further development of the corresponding insurance portfolios
• Maintenance and expansion of relationships with internal and external customers as well as other contact persons
• Active collaboration with various internal specialist departments and teams

What do you bring with you?

• Training as a dipl. Hochbauführer:in or Hochbaupolier:in or a comparable qualification
• Several years of practical professional experience in structural engineering
• Experience and enjoyment in direct contact with customers as well as a strong understanding of service
• A convincing, winning personality with a confident appearance and strong communication skills
• Interest in versatile and sometimes complex topics such as insurance, legal frameworks, and digital technologies
• Very good oral and written German skills; further language skills, especially English and French, are an advantage
• Confident handling of common Microsoft applications and openness to new digital tools and possibilities, especially in the field of Artificial Intelligence
• High personal responsibility, independent and reliable way of working, as well as enjoyment in tackling new tasks and challenges
• Team spirit, commitment, and the willingness to take on responsibility
