What awaits you Ensuring a smooth and contractually compliant provision of Facility Services including cost and budget responsibility within your own portfolio Active stakeholder management, advice and support of the customer in all matters relating to Facility Management and building technology Continuous assurance and increase of customer satisfaction through innovative and solution-oriented approaches Personnel and specialist leadership, support and further development of your own team (approx. 15 employees) and close cooperation with colleagues in the region and the central service units Quality assurance as well as independent handling of mandate-specific topics including contract and cost management What you bring with you Completed basic training in the field of building technology (HLKSE) Further training in the field of Facility Management, building technology or business administration is an advantage (FH/HF) Several years of professional experience in a comparable function as well as demonstrable leadership experience Sound business knowledge as well as experience in cost and budget management Strong customer and service orientation with a high quality standard High social competence as well as the ability to communicate professionally with different stakeholder groups Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage Very good MS Office skills as well as confident handling of IT systems High integrity and impeccable reputation What we offer you Wide range of internal development opportunities 16 weeks maternity protection Employee celebrations and appreciation programs Attractive own ISS Schweiz pension fund Favourable mobile subscriptions from Swisscom for the whole family Structured onboarding in the initial phase Ready for us?
