Your area of responsibility:
Administration
General administrative / commercial tasks
Master data maintenance
Deputization within the department
Goods procurement
Systematic storage and monitoring of incoming goods
Creating goods orders according to specifications of the department management
Checking purchase / freight invoices according to specifications of the department management
Sales
Agreements on delivery dates with customers
Telephone customer support
Processing of complaints as well as damage cases according to specifications of quality management
Our expectations of you:
Commercial basic training (EFZ) or equivalent
First professional experience in trade and basic knowledge in the food industry is a big plus
Quick comprehension with corresponding implementation ability
Enthusiasm for food law and technical aspects
Very good MS Office knowledge required, Navision knowledge desirable
Stylish German and English mandatory, Italian as well as Spanish knowledge of great advantage
Communicative personality with drive and long-term horizon
