To strengthen our management team, we are looking for an engaged, responsible and team-oriented personality, by arrangement, as Junior Real Estate Property Manager Your main tasks Independent management of your own apartment portfolio in the city of Zürich and surroundings Personal support of our cooperative members as well as other stakeholders Assistance with and execution of apartment inspections, handovers and viewings Leadership and support of the caretakers in the assigned settlements Regular inspections of the managed properties and ensuring a flawless, clean and modern appearance Preparation and monitoring of the annual settlement budgets Maintenance and management of master data in the management system AbaImmo Collaboration on exciting projects.
