Tasks ##

• Development and implementation of several demanding projects at the assigned locations in SIA phases 2 to 5 as an owner's representative or as a user's representative
• Cross-departmental planning, coordination, and monitoring of the tasks and needs of users, operators, creators, and owners (VBZ), external partners of the city of Zürich, as well as cantonal and national authorities (BAV)
• Achieving viable consensus solutions in the face of different objectives and interests of internal and external partners as well as leading demanding negotiations
• Ensuring the phase-appropriate integration of the requirements and needs of facility management into project development and implementation
• Definition of project goals, planning of resources, management of risk management, and monitoring of project progress
• Initiation and supervision of the necessary permit and financing procedures and processing of tenders according to public law and the submission ordinance of the city of Zürich
• Periodic project controlling (content, costs, quality, deadlines) among other things with the help of SAP
• Creation of internal and external decision-making bases (concepts, plans, key data, presentations, etc.) and documentation

Profile ##

• Completed 4-year apprenticeship in the construction industry and/or Matura
• Degree Architect ETH/FH, Civil Engineer ETH/FH or comparable
• Confident handling of the relevant SIA standards, especially SIA 103, 112, 113 and 118
• Sound experience with railway law planning and permit procedures, especially with the plan approval procedure (PGV) according to the Railway Act as well as cantonal permit procedures
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in Swiss construction and planning law
• Ability to analyze, structure complex and different information and to transfer it into clear, comprehensible processes and decision-making bases
• Experience in the planning, steering, and control of demanding projects with regard to quality, costs, deadlines, and content
• Strong communication skills and a confident appearance towards different stakeholder groups
