January 2027 Job description Kita Entlisberg 2 is looking for motivated and committed specialists as of 1. January 2027.    Tasks You provide individual and collective care within the framework of the pedagogical concept. You promote self-reliance and independence, linguistic, motor, and cognitive development, as well as integration into the group. You can help shape a differentiated, binding pedagogical everyday life that gives the child security and enables the development of trust. You independently take on delegated tasks, such as settling-in processes, targeted observations, helping to organize parent events, passing on information within the team, to parents, and to specialists. You instruct learners in consultation with the vocational training officer of the Kita. Profile A completed training as Fachperson Betreuung EFZ, specialization children Interest in education-oriented Kita pedagogy (BuLG, situational approach, Pikler) Joy in caring for infants and toddlers Personal maturity, resilience, and good organizational skills Administrative and organizational skills as well as good PC skills We offer A demanding, varied challenge in a dynamic and pedagogically oriented environment where working with children is the focus.
