What you do You check, assess, and process claims in the UVG area - from registration to closure, to ensure fast and efficient processing You organize and coordinate daily allowance payments and healing costs so that our insured persons are optimally supported You are in close telephone and written contact with insured persons, employers, and other partners to ensure transparent and customer-oriented communication You ensure that everything runs smoothly in the event of a claim and that the individual process steps are coordinated to guarantee high customer satisfaction You check coverage, claim history, and other relevant details in benefit cases to create a sound basis for decision-making What you bring Commercial basic training or an equivalent qualification Experience in claims processing in the field of accident insurance (UVG) or comparable experience in the social insurance environment IT affinity and enjoyment of modern tools Proficient German and high customer orientation Openness, honesty, team spirit, and lots of drive Your contact Talent Acquisition Consultant: Silke Nachtigall Additional information Part-time or full-time: 80 - 100% Work location: Zürich, Oerlikon Hybrid working: up to 40% We look forward to your online application - even without a cover letter.
