For an established freight forwarding company in the Zürcher Unterland, we are looking for an experienced freight forwarding agent (female/male) for the land transport export department.

Tasks ###

• recording, organizing and processing international truck transports in export (Europe)
• creating transport and shipping documents
• communicating with customers, partners and international agents
• requesting and calculating freight rates as well as creating offers
• monitoring ongoing transports and resolving irregularities
• invoicing transport orders and maintaining shipment data in the system

Requirements ###

• completed training as Speditionskauffrau / Speditionskaufmann
• several years of professional experience in the field of land transport export (in Switzerland)
• good knowledge of European transport organization

IT ###

MS-Office - good user knowledge

Languages ###

German: m+s very good
English: m+s good
