Senior Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer Digital Banking What to expect Functional responsibility for the collection, analysis and documentation of requirements surrounding our Digital Banking solution Close collaboration with developers, architects and the product, to bring structure to complex functional and technical topics Collection and structuring of customer and market requirements as well as their translation into clear requirements such as user stories, solution outlines or prototypes Participation in integration projects at banks and support of our Banking Suite from the beginning to the go live Work at the interface between product development and customer projects in the role as Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer Möglichkeit, je nach Interesse zusätzliche Rollen zu übernehmen, zum Beispiel als Product Owner oder Scrum Master Participation in presentations, offers and tenders with insight into the sales side What you bring At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in the banking environment Ability to capture, structure and formulate requirements so that they are directly implementable Understanding of business and technology as well as the ability to work on equal footing with developers Experience in dealing with product development and custom development and a clear understanding of the differences University degree in Business Informatics, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or comparable Confidence in agile setups such as Scrum or Kanban Fluent German and English skills Preferably: Experience with modern AI-supported development tools such as Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar We are looking for you – become part of our team The ti\&m Banking Suite team consists of innovative, smart and interesting people who together develop the digital banking solution of the future.
