HR Partner Operations 80%-100%, Berna e Zurigo

The Human Resources department, managed at a national level, is responsible for personnel matters for the entirety of SSR and ensures their management. Human Resources accompanies SSR employees in all personnel-related matters, offers a modern range of initial and continuing training, and is responsible for the global implementation of modern key processes.

Your mission ####

We are looking for, as soon as possible or by arrangement, an HR Partner at 80-100 %.

Within the HR Advisory team, you will accompany the national Operations domain in its HR challenges and its current transformation. You will specifically assume the following responsibilities:

• You are the reference interlocutor for management and employees for all HR questions and take charge of all HR processes related to your scope.
• You advise and accompany line managers on all personnel-related questions, particularly regarding recruitment, compensation, interviews, development, and career management. You also ensure compliance with internal directives, legal requirements, and company standards.
• You provide your expertise on questions of labor law, organization, and operational management and are the first point of contact for questions related to labor relations.
• You accompany sensitive situations, such as conflicts, absences, or disciplinary questions, with tact and professionalism.
• In close collaboration with line managers, you contribute to the implementation of personnel policy and compliance with HR standards.

Your profile ####

• An empathetic, pragmatic, and solution-oriented personality, capable of actively accompanying employees and executives during periods of transformation.
• Several years of experience in HR consulting, ideally in a complex, dynamic, and comparable-sized environment.
• Solid knowledge in all areas of human resources, as well as an interest in new approaches and developments in the profession.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different interlocutors at all levels of the organization.
• The willingness to work regularly at the Bern and Zurich sites.
• Excellent command of German and a French level of at least B2
