As the leading police-scientific competence center in Switzerland, the Forensisches Institut Zürich (FOR), as an independent public-law institution of the Canton and the City of Zürich, provides comprehensive criminal science and accident technology services. Evidence preservation at the scene, forensic analyses in the laboratory, and reporting in court are part of our extensive range of services. To complement our team, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist, 80-100 %, as of 1 February 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks are: * Responsibility for the operational HR processes from recruitment to exit * Carrying out payroll processing with SAP * Advising and supporting managers and employees in all personnel-related issues * Participation in cantonal digitalization projects as an HR specialist representative as well as in other HR projects * Providing HR controlling as well as optimization of internal processes * Responsibility for the year-end tasks and preparation of the personnel budget * Close cooperation with the HR departments of the Kantonspolizei Zürich and the Stadtpolizei Zürich What you bring with you: * Completed training as well as sound further education in Human Resources Management (at least Federal HR Specialist Certificate/eidg.
