Job Description ##

• Independent and professional care and support of people with dementia.
• Assumption of predominantly late shifts with high personal responsibility.
• Observation of the health status as well as initiation of appropriate nursing measures.
• Careful and complete nursing documentation.
• Ensuring a professional flow of information and a structured shift handover.
• Cooperation in a familiar and committed team.
• Co-shaping an appreciative and homely atmosphere for the residents.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or FH.
• Experience in the care and support of people with dementia is an advantage.
• Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working.
• High social competence as well as an empathetic and respectful manner with residents.
• Resilience and confident action in demanding situations.
• Good German skills in speaking and writing.
• Enjoyment of independent work and teamwork.
