Job description
? Group leader sought for new daycare group The Kita Kinderparadies is growing - and you can actively help shape it! For our newly emerging group, we are looking for a committed, creative, and empathetic group leader who enjoys building something of their own. With us, you have the opportunity to help shape your group from the beginning, contribute your own ideas, and live your pedagogical concept in everyday life. We wish for a specialist who accompanies children with heart and competence, strengthens the team with positive energy, and creates a loving learning environment together with us. Your tasks:

Setup and leadership of a new children's group
Design of an inspiring everyday life with space for play, discovery, and development
Close cooperation with the team, the parents, and the management
Implementation and further development of our pedagogical concept
Your profile:

Completed training as a specialist in childcare (FaBeK) or equivalent
Experience in early childhood education and enjoyment of responsibility
Creativity, organizational skills, and team spirit
Motivation to design something new and implement your own ideas
