The Process Engineering and Plant Projects department is responsible for the planning, design, execution, and commissioning of operating facilities for the water supply. To strengthen our design and planning team in plant construction, we are looking for reinforcement by agreement. Are you our new addition?

Tasks

• Planning and design:
• You take over the CAD-based planning and design of plants and pipelines and develop concepts to meet new or changed operational needs.
• You ensure the technical and organizational interfaces and the functional integration of your designs into the existing infrastructure and update the documentation of modified plants.
• You support the project managers with your technical know-how on design tasks, create drawings, P&ID diagrams, and further develop our CAD standards.

Tendering and implementation:

• You work in cross-departmental projects and realize larger plant construction projects (e.g., new plants / wells / shafts incl. structural and civil engineering, electrical, HVAC).
• You prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tenders, request offers, compare and check them, and conduct meetings with suppliers. In addition, you accompany the executing companies, ensure the quality of execution, handle the ordering process, and check project invoices.

Profile

• Completed vocational training as a Konstrukteur/in EFZ with further training as a Techniker*in HF specializing in design technology
• Several years of professional experience in the engineering of process technology plant and pipeline construction with CAD and BIM; ideally from the areas of water supply, wastewater, or similar.
• Sound experience in project leadership/management with excellent communication skills
• Initiative, structured, and problem- and service-oriented way of working
• Driver's license Cat. B
