We are looking for someone to start by agreement to strengthen our nursing expert team in the Zentrum für Paraplegie as a Nursing Expert CNS (m/f/d) 80-100 % Your tasks You are jointly responsible for ensuring nursing quality on the inpatient wards as well as for an evidence-based further development of nursing practice Together with your team, you assume the professional leadership and coaching of the specialists and topic owners You advise, train and support the nursing professionals in complex nursing situations as well as in challenging mobilizations and positioning You are part of the Shared Leadership Team and work closely with nursing management and education You represent nursing in the interprofessional rehabilitation team and conduct nursing and Kinaesthetics-related internal training Your profile You have a Master of Science in Nursing and have in-depth knowledge in Kinaesthetics, preferably Kinaesthetics Trainer level Several years of experience as a Dipl.
