Your tasks

• You support and accompany customers during the introduction of our administration system P40 for pension funds
• You analyze pension regulations, recognizing standards and complex constellations
• You recognize customer needs and formulate requirements for our software solution based on them
• You analyze changes in legal and regulatory requirements and derive the necessary adjustments for our software solution
• You conduct training sessions for our customers
• You advise customers as well as the product team on technical questions
• You support the sales team with technical clarifications during the preparation of offers
• You accompany customer appointments and present the software solution

Your profile

• You bring several years of professional experience in the BVG context or as a Business Analyst/Consultant in connection with software solutions
• You have very good comprehension skills and bring a good technical understanding
• You see yourself as a service provider and are accustomed to dealing with customers and partners

• Fluent and business-fluent German and English skills round off your profile

Desirable qualifications:

• You bring in-depth BVG specialist knowledge
