Revenue Manager ### #### Tasks and challenges • Operative organization and management of both departments • Leading, training and coaching the approximately 8 employees • Active support with all booking inquiries • Advising guests and active selling of offers • Responsible for data, rate and system maintenance in the central system and in the respective extranets of the online contract partners • Efficient revenue management to optimize occupancy and maximize revenue • Conducting active market analysis and competitor monitoring • Developing rate strategies   Qualifications and competencies • Completed training in the hotel industry • Graduation from a hotel management school or further training in the area of revenue • Several years of experience in a similar area of luxury hospitality • High goal and result orientation • Analytical thinking and a strategic approach • Assertiveness, resilient and flexible • Team player • Warm and winning personality, confident and representative appearance • German as a native language, English fluent   Opportunities and perspectives You can look forward to a varied challenge in which you can constantly develop yourself.
