For the owner-side real estate company of a Zurich family group with exclusive properties in the city and surroundings, we are looking for a professionally competent, communicative personality. The company holds and manages the portfolio over the entire life cycle: development, construction, leasing and renewal.

Workload: 80 - 100 % Start date: immediately or by arrangement Workplace: Zürich 8045 40-hour week at 100 %, five weeks vacation

Your main task -- Residential construction in Zürich

• Client-side project management of an innovative residential construction project with around 55 units, from preliminary project after successful design competition
• Support of tenders and awards for planner and contractor services
• Leadership of the project team and the contractors across all phases
• Representation of the client towards authorities, neighbors and other stakeholders
• Ensuring of costs, deadlines and quality
• Continuous comparison between ordering and management
• Decision bases and reporting to the management
• Regular acceptance, commissioning and handover to management

Further tasks -- Value preservation and further development

• Client-side management of further demanding projects, predominantly in existing buildings
• Assessment of condition and need for action in the existing portfolio
• Derivation of investments and measures over the life cycle
• Development and maintenance of cost and condition key figures incl. reporting
• Support of due diligence audits during acquisitions
• Participation in digitalization and internal standards

Your profile

• Degree in architecture; real estate management further training desirable, not a requirement
• Client-side experience across all planning and implementation phases, preferably residential construction
• Joy in building in existing structures and in demanding, innovative projects
• Confident appearance and negotiation skills towards planners, contractors and authorities
• Entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of real estate economics
• Independent, structured, solution-oriented way of working
• High digital affinity, hands-on
• Proficient German, good English skills
