Do you enjoy working with people? Would you like to commit yourself to our cleaning team at the Gesundheitszentrum für das Alter Mattenhof from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement?

Tasks ##

• You ensure professional cleaning and guarantee compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality regulations to ensure the cleanliness and preservation of value of real estate, furnishings, and facilities.
• You participate in the development and implementation of goals as well as the resulting projects.
• You lead and promote the employees of the facility services and plan their economical deployment.
• You accompany employees and apprentices in technical matters and ensure occupational safety as well as compliance with operational standards.
• You are active in the daily cleaning and housekeeping operations and take on additional assignments in other areas (e.g., hotel services) as well as at operational events if required.

Profile ##

• Enjoyment of contact with residents, high quality standards, and service orientation
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in professional cleaning, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Completed training at EFZ level, advantageously including leadership training and the vocational trainer course
• Good oral and written German skills, at least level B2
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working and the willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts
