For a renowned client in the financial services environment, Swisslinx is looking for a GenAI Engineer with a focus on Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Job description:

• Development, implementation and evaluation of robust, production-ready GenAI and RAG solutions
• Technical conception and implementation of new AI Use Cases as well as continuous optimization of existing applications
• Construction, provision and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and APIs
• Integration of AI models and inference services into corporate systems
• Automation of tests, deployments and iterative validation processes
• Monitoring, tracing and tuning of productive GenAI solutions
• Collaboration on the construction of reusable platform and self-service components
• Close cooperation with Data Scientists, Business Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps teams and specialist departments

About the customer:

In this demanding role, you will develop and optimize productive RAG applications and accompany new GenAI Use Cases from technical conception to stable operation. At the same time, you will contribute to the expansion of a GenAI platform that enables efficient and reusable implementation of further use cases.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in the development and operation of productive GenAI solutions
• Sound understanding of RAG, Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering
• Very good programming skills in Python as well as experience with Bash or PowerShell
• Sound cloud experience, ideally with Microsoft Azure
• Practice with services such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, App Service or Container Apps or with comparable cloud services
• Experience with CI/CD, API development, test automation and automated deployments
• Knowledge in LLM-Tracing, LLMOps and the evaluation of GenAI applications
• Experience with LangChain, Langfuse or comparable frameworks
• Structured, collaborative way of working in interdisciplinary teams
• Experience with Java, Spring or Spring AI is an advantage.
• Very good German and English skills
