Data Protection & Business Continuity Manager (a)* Your tasks You are the first point of contact for data protection topics within Ringier Medien Schweiz and ensure that we process personal data in compliance with the law and responsibly. You accompany new projects related to data and AI in our dynamic media environment and ensure that innovation, business requirements and compliance work together meaningfully. You are responsible for the Business Continuity and Incident Response Plan so that we remain capable of acting even in an emergency. You maintain the Data Protection Register (ROPA) and ensure that we comply with all legal requirements regarding AI and data protection. You create clear guidelines and sharpen awareness of legal risks throughout the entire company through training. Your profile You have completed training in the field of data protection and have several years of professional experience in a comparable role. You have sound knowledge of legal requirements, particularly in data protection law, the GDPR and the EU AI Act. You are not only able to advise, but also to bring about decisions and/or make them yourself. You possess strong social skills to mediate between different interest groups at eye level. You enjoy moving in a dynamic environment and like to take on responsibility. You communicate proficiently in German and English, French is an advantage. Recruiting Process Does your profile fit?
