Personnel Consultant / Recruiter Construction (100%) – Career change possible | Zürich

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and communicative personality as a Personnel Consultant / Recruiter (100%) for the Construction & Trades sector, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Do you come from construction, the electrical sector, trades, or sales and want to develop professionally? Career changers are also expressly welcome with us. We will teach you recruiting and personnel placement from the ground up.

Your tasks:

• Active search and recruitment of specialists from the construction and trades sector
• Conducting telephone and personal job interviews
• Supporting our candidates from initial contact to successful placement
• Creating and publishing job advertisements
• Active contact with existing and potential customers
• Placement of suitable candidates to our customers
• Building and maintaining your own candidate and customer network
• Supporting employees during their assignments
• General administrative work related to personnel placement

Your profile:

• Experience in personnel placement is not mandatory
• Career changers from construction, electrical, trades, sales, or a comparable industry are welcome
• Enjoyment of daily contact with people
• You enjoy talking on the phone and have no hesitation in actively approaching customers and candidates
• Sales-oriented, communicative, and confident personality
• Ambition, initiative, and the will to build something up
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Other languages are an advantage
• Good PC user skills
