Tasks ##

• You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and adapting the nursing process, as well as for delegating tasks to employees of other competence levels.
• You shape everyday life in a family-like setting together with the residents, where shared cooking and housekeeping are just as much a part of it as the design of leisure time.
• You commit yourself actively and with enthusiasm to the further development of the nursing services in your residential group by contributing yourself and your ideas and helping to shape the broad scope of action.
• You advise and accompany residents and relatives during illness and crises.
• You take on daily responsibility on the ward and support both apprentices and students of different training programs in the health and social sectors in the development of their competencies.

Profile ##

• Empathic personality with a strong focus on people
• Enthusiasm for independent work, combined with team spirit and commitment
• Completed training as a nursing professional (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as customer-oriented communicative skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, the ability for networked thinking, and high resilience

The Gesundheitszentrum für das Alter Entlisberg in Wollishofen in Kreis 2 combines various nursing and care services under one roof and is characterized by many years of experience in geriatric medicine. The associated Pflegewohngruppe Lienihof offers residential places for eleven elderly people with gerontopsychiatric illnesses and partly somatic comorbidities. Attentive care and nursing, diverse therapeutic offers, and a homely ambiance characterize the Gesundheitszentrum.
