Planning and Operations Manager (m/w/d) 80-100% - Eglisau & Zürich

In this key role, you are responsible for operational planning and the continuous improvement of our three production sites. The position is aimed at an experienced person from the food industry who loves high-quality food and also develops and implements new processes and standards. Further development of an integrated Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP process) Implementation of operational planning for all production sites (roastery, filling plant, bakery) in close coordination with Sales, Purchasing, and the respective production teams Development and implementation of scalable structures and processes in production Establishment and maintenance of a KPI system (e.g. OEE, scrap, forecast accuracy) to measure operational performance and derive and implement measures Further development of existing quality standards and ensuring their consistent compliance Initiation and leadership of projects for continuous improvement of production processes Training and development of production employees in terms of processes, standards, and quality requirements Use and further development of Odoo (ERP) for process mapping and control Close exchange with the COO as a sparring partner for operational and strategic issues Completed studies or training in business administration, food technology, engineering or a comparable field Several years of professional experience in food production or a related manufacturing company In-depth knowledge of operational planning, production control, and supply chain management Familiarity with quality management systems (HACCP, GHP) and CIP methods (Lean etc.) Strong analytical skills and a structured, data-driven way of working Proven experience in developing and implementing SOPs and process standards Enjoyment of working with digital tools and willingness to quickly get familiar with three different production environments Experience with ERP systems, ideally Odoo Entrepreneurial thinking and acting personality with high self-initiative, assertiveness, and implementation strength You don't work in rigid structures, but actively shape how our three production sites function today and tomorrow We stand for quality that you can taste.
