At Zurich Schweiz, in the Claims business unit for Property/Casualty (SV/VV), you will take on a central role in the professional and customer-oriented processing of cyber insurance claims.

Does the thought of ensuring that our customers always have a competent and reliable contact person at every stage of claim processing fascinate you? The Property/Casualty (SV/VV) claims area is responsible for the settlement of all claims from property and liability insurance for private and corporate customers, and plays a central role in maintaining our high service quality.

Within a well-coordinated team, you will process cyber insurance claims with commitment and individual responsibility. You will analyze claim reports, clarify facts, assess liability and coverage issues, and calculate compensation. You are the central contact person for our insured parties, advising them competently, initiating immediate measures, and coordinating cooperation with IT specialists, lawyers, and other partners. Your careful documentation and compliance with guidelines and regulatory requirements ensure that all claims are processed seamlessly and transparently.

What awaits you

• The independent processing of cyber insurance claims in the SME segment in German is among the main tasks
• Responsibility includes fact-finding, liability and coverage assessments, as well as damage and compensation calculations
• Our insured parties are advised competently, immediate measures are initiated, and the partners involved in the claim are coordinated.
• Comprehensive and effective claims processing is ensured in contact with our insured parties, IT specialists, and lawyers
• Knowledge of other national languages as well as sound English skills are an advantage

What distinguishes you

• You have a legal or insurance-related education.
• You bring experience in the insurance industry and ideally have experience in the claims adjustment of extensive claims.
• You are interested in the topics of cyber and IT and see the requirements surrounding cyber insurance as a challenge and an opportunity for further development.
• Ideally, you have completed business administration and/or other further training related to IT.
• You have a quick grasp, are precise, and value being able to organize yourself.
