Tasks

• You design, plan, organize and implement various event formats for the activation and maintenance of donors. You ensure a smooth process on site.
• You are responsible for the invitation and guest management of the events, including entry into the corresponding systems, sending of invitations and acknowledgments.
• You create budget and success controls as well as evaluations and (de-)briefings.
• You commission and coordinate internal and external service providers.
• You ensure smooth cooperation with the involved teams.

Profile

• You have basic commercial knowledge as well as further training and broad experience in the areas of event management and communication.
• You are an outgoing, reliable and resilient personality with an extremely high customer orientation.
• You have a strong talent for organization and an independent way of working.
• You enjoy building new things and have a high affinity for digital tools.
• You identify with our foundation's purpose and have an interest in university research and teaching.
