As a Senior Project Operations Manager, you ensure that client projects are structured, monitored, and invoiced in a rigorously operational manner. Your focus is on operational project management, project monitoring, and performance tracking: you keep an eye on the health of the project, detect deviations early and ensure, in collaboration with our internal project managers, accounting and controlling, a reliable operational flow of the project. Your tasks are- • You manage complex client projects throughout the operational project life cycle - from the setup and structuring of the offer in our BCS project management system to the complete closure of the project • You monitor basic project indicators as well as other relevant KPIs, compare them to defined thresholds and detect deviations and risks early • You are responsible for project monitoring for projects with more complex and dynamic requirements and ensure an up-to-date and reliable database • You guarantee complete and formally correct project invoicing and handle different billing models as well as credit notes, cancellations and invoice corrections • You ensure high data quality and integrity, structure and categorize project data taking into account the requirements of internal stakeholders • You coordinate relevant information for the project with internal project managers, accounting and controlling and are the central contact for operational questions around project operations and BCS You- • have a deep understanding of professional project management, for example from project assistance, a project management role or a Project Management Office (PMO) • bring solid knowledge in project controlling and can independently analyze and classify more complex project requirements as well as plan-actual deviations • have experience with project performance monitoring and project data governance and can structurally analyze complex KPIs and project data • possess a professional understanding of commercial invoicing and administration, including in an international context • have already organized project management with professional digital tools and feel comfortable in a fully digital working environment • think analytically and methodically, recognize patterns and links and can precisely diagnose problems and treat them in a solution-oriented manner • work in a structured and reliable manner, keep an overview even on complex and dynamic projects and speak German at least at level C1 as well as fluent English We- • are recognized as a Top Kununu employer.
