Head of Museum Services 100% The Museum Service is an important calling card of the Landesmuseum. Its employees are the first point of contact for museum visitors and take on the role of host in all its dimensions and duties. In this key position, you are responsible for the Visitor Service teams with up to 80 employees in the areas of Foyer/Welcome Desk and museum supervisors, as well as the Reservations and Security Desk teams with 5 employees each. Together with your managers, you will further develop the Museum Service, taking into account audience-oriented and innovative approaches, and help shape the ongoing transformation process towards a role-based organization.
