On behalf of our client, we are looking for committed healthcare professionals for a renowned residential and nursing center. The private center offers 52 residents as well as an external residential group a safe and familiar home. People with dementia, in particular, benefit from the individual and empathetic care. In addition to first-class nursing and medical care, the promotion of quality of life and dignity is at the center of daily activities.

Job Description ##

• Support for certified nursing professionals in the medical field.
• Care, supervision, accompaniment and promotion according to individual needs.
• Implementation of the nursing process in cooperation with certified nursing professionals.
• Guidance and support of apprentices and interns.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ.
• Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people.
• Strong social competence.
• Resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of IT/PC applications.
• Good German skills in speaking and writing.
