Job Coach (m/f) Work Integration 60-80 %

In the versatile role of Job Coach, you will work in a small team with the following focuses:

Your area of responsibility:

• Support of internal and external integration measures
• Support and coaching of employees and employers for adapted workplaces in the primary labor market
• Intake (adapted workplaces)
• Acquisition including searching for follow-up solutions
• Case management and case documentation
• Communication with authorities, offices, and insurance companies etc.

Your profile:

• You are a communicative and integrative personality with a flair for people with support needs
• You have a social work/pedagogical or agogic education as well as further training in job coaching (Supported Employment is an advantage)
• You have experience in job coaching and in accompanying people in demanding life situations
• You bring knowledge of the instruments and processes of the Invalidenversicherung (IV), especially in the area of vocational reintegration
• You have a personal connection to the Christian faith
• You have a confident appearance towards companies, specialists, authorities, and payers
• You are characterized by strong advisory, coaching, and networking competencies
• You have a resource- and solution-oriented attitude as well as the ability to motivate and empower people
• You value an independent, structured, and responsible way of working.
