Teamleader Assembly (m/f/d) 100%

Your responsible tasks include, among others:

• Organizational and technical leadership of a team of around 10 employees
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring production orders as well as ensuring timely completion
• Responsibility for compliance with quality, productivity, and safety specifications
• Active participation in day-to-day operational business
• Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes with regard to quality, efficiency, and costs
• Promotion and further development of the employees in the team

Requirements:

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally in industrial metal processing or in mechanical and plant engineering
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable function
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Leadership personality with high team orientation, assertiveness, and a pronounced quality awareness
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
