Real Estate Manager 100 % (m/f)

who is committed with heart and soul to the well-being of tenants & buildings?

Your responsibility:

• You manage a portfolio of residential properties
• Creation and control of the annual budget incl. forecasts
• Leadership and training of the subordinate employees
• Support and advice of tenants and owners as well as control of the Facility Managers
• Ensuring and accompanying maintenance and periodic condition assessments
• Implementation of lease agreements and rent changes

Your profile:

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management or adequate further training
• Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry
• Good knowledge of tenancy law and basic construction knowledge
• High social and self-competence
• Affinity for new technologies and openness to changes
