WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

As a Project Manager Operations (m/f/d), you are responsible for the timely and requirement-compliant implementation of customer projects in the area of Operations.

Specifically, you will take on the following tasks:

• Primary point of contact in the offer phase of customer projects, including determination of the necessary investments and resource deployment as well as possible supply chain designs for order fulfillment
• Assumption of the role of sub-project manager of the Operations area (manufacturing, quality, procurement) in the execution phase of customer projects
• Development and definition of the supply chain as well as the possible division of labor (make-or-buy)
• Support of suppliers and partners with regard to technical and organizational topics in cooperation with purchasing
• Development of possible scenarios for economical, timely, and quality-compliant order fulfillment
• Requesting the information required for production
• Support in reacting to bottlenecks in production (via the supply chain)

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Completed technical vocational training
• Completed further training as a Process Specialist / Technician HF (m/f/d) or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in the relevant area
• Knowledge in the area of Lean Management, production technology, and requirements planning
• Good PC skills, especially in dealing with ERP systems, preferably SAP and WayRTS
• Very good German as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
