Learn more about the UZH as an employer! ### Tasks • Personnel leadership and professional development of a team of around five employees • Responsibility for the operational tasks of the team as well as active participation in day-to-day business • Coordination of interfaces and cooperation with contact persons within the UB and the UZH • Participation in smaller and larger projects for library development: optimization and further development of the service offering and the User Services Profile • Completed training as Fachfrau/-mann Information und Dokumentation EFZ and completion of a university degree (university or university of applied sciences) at Bachelor level or equivalent training • Several years of professional experience in the user services area of a scientific library; knowledge of the library system Alma is an advantage • Experience in personnel leadership, project management and strategic further development of services is an advantage • Committed, solution-oriented personality with a confident appearance and high social competence • Efficient, independent and self-reliant working style; willingness to perform • High customer and service orientation, team and communication skills • Very good German and good English skills
