Since March 2024, Caritas Schweiz has been running asylum centers for families, individuals, and unaccompanied minors (MNA) at currently five locations in the Canton of Zürich on behalf of the Kantonalen Sozialamts (KSA). As Integration Coach MNA, you coordinate the social, school, and professional integration of the unaccompanied minor asylum seekers in the MNA center. Your tasks * Documentation of assessments or situational assessments, especially Kurzassessment IAS <<Ergebnisse der Potenzialabklärung>> for all MNAs * Registrations for integration measures from the IAZH-Katalog * Organization of school and professional follow-up solutions * Documentation of conversations, planned and implemented measures * Quarterly processing of the areas of life professional and school integration in close cooperation with the social pedagogical contact person * Documentation of conversations on integration topics * Responsibility Professional Integration: assessments, cooperation with specialist agencies and support in the search for apprenticeships * Cooperation with institutions and authorities to discuss integration-specific topics * Reporting according to the specifications of the integration specialist department * Preparation of integration-relevant information for the exit phase * Exchange with schools, legal guardians and specialists Our requirements * Completed training in the field of Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Vocational, Educational or Career Counseling, Pedagogy or a comparable qualification * Further training in Case Management and/or on integration topics is an advantage * Good knowledge of the Swiss education and vocational training system, especially the various educational paths and follow-up solutions * At least three years of professional experience, ideally in social services with a focus on case management for refugees or in the integration sector * Joy in working with unaccompanied minor asylum seekers (MNA) and understanding of their special life situation * Knowledge and experience in the application of the Sozialhilfegesetzes and the Asylfürsorgeverordnung * Good knowledge of the asylum system and the relevant specifications in the area of integration * Very good oral and written German skills, good oral skills in English * Further foreign language skills desired * Very good computer user skills (MS-Office and ideally case management software Tutoris) * Flawless special private extract from the criminal register or willingness to submit this before starting employment Work location: Canton of Zürich (Zürich-Oerlikon) Start date: Immediately or by arrangement The position is temporary until Caritas offers attractive employment conditions and an open working atmosphere at the pulse of social issues.
