JOB OBJECTIVE This position is located in our Experience & Engineering business unit based in Zurich. We provide numerous services, from strategy to a performance-driven full-funnel approach, including campaigns, e-commerce, data & analytics, and content. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional and engaging digital experiences. As a UX Designer, you lay the foundation for fantastic end-to-end user experiences. You have an appetite for complex challenges and are eager to translate them into beautiful and smart digital products. WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Bring new ideas around best practices and cross-sector insights to your project teams; • Close collaboration with the IT department; • Participate in and lead discovery sessions and apply generative methods to reveal potential challenges and opportunities; • Translate strategy and insights into well-thought-out journeys, flows, and wireframes; • Justify your design choices with annotations; • Create simple prototypes (and validate them with users if necessary); • Present your work to clients and stakeholders and manage feedback and comments; • Work closely with UI designers to shape the final user experience; WHAT YOU WILL BRING: • More than 5 years of experience as a UX designer in an agency or with a recognized brand; • Experience in designing websites, applications, and digital products for leading brands; • A strong portfolio (website or PDF) demonstrating your experience and passion; • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams; • Ideally, knowledge of SEO practices; • Professional proficiency in English and German; • Experience with Figma and collaborative tools; WE OFFER • Flexible and hybrid working policy (2 days in the office, depending on location); • 25 days of leave with the possibility of unpaid leave; • Flexible health budget and wellbeing & personal day; • Training & development budget; • Referral bonus program; • Occasional breakfast & lunch at the office, Smoothie Tuesday; • Stay happy and healthy thanks to a contribution to your health via the OpenUp platform; • You can choose to work from the spacious and accessible Zurich site; in Bern, you will find a pleasant and fully equipped small office where you can type in peace; • Social events, many opportunities to connect with colleagues through organized activities and celebrations; • A reputation for doing good.
