Data Engineer (Microsoft Fabric) Shape the data-driven future of Denner with us: For our DWH & BI team, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer who will actively drive the construction of our new Data Warehouse. In close cooperation with the specialist departments, you will develop modern data solutions and become part of a dynamic, motivated team with a lot of creative freedom. What you move Building a new Retail Data Warehouse based on a modern technology stack (Azure, Microsoft Fabric) Actively helping to shape and further develop the data architecture Building the central Data Warehouse and working closely with cross-functional teams on solutions for data integration, reporting, and analytics Promoting a data-driven culture as well as continuously developing processes, best practices, and team skills Expanding analytical capabilities and gaining new insights through a reliable, high-quality data basis Integrating future-oriented technologies and defining the strategic direction to continuously improve and further develop the Data Warehouse platform What you bring Education: Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) Field of study: in the field of computer science or equivalent training Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in the field of DWH and BI based on Microsoft products Experience in the field of Data Warehouse (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI), ideally with a strong focus on the retail industry Experience in the conception and design of Data Warehouse (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions Experience with DevOps best practices, including end-to-end responsibility for development and operation Experience in process automation with a focus on scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency in cloud environments German (A2) English (B2) What we offer you Central workplace: In the casual Binz district in Kreis 3 (2 minutes on foot from Zürich Binz station).
