As part of an exclusive mandate, we are supporting an established service company based in the city of Zürich in filling a key position in the HR area. The company is characterized by a professional understanding of services, a strong customer orientation, and committed employees.

To strengthen the HR team, we are looking for an engaged, motivated, and dynamic personality by agreement as

HR Manager 80-100% (a), Zürich

Your tasks:

• Advising and supporting employees and managers in all personnel-related issues
• Responsibility for the operational and administrative implementation of the entire HR lifecycle from entry to exit
• Ensuring correct and timely wage processing and payment in cooperation with the external Payroll Provider
• Support and collaboration in the recruitment of specialists and managers, including accompanying the entire selection process
• Ensuring compliance with labor law and regulatory requirements
• Deputy for the HR management in the entire HR daily business as well as collaboration and management of various HR projects
• Taking over and supporting the optimization of processes as well as further digitalization
• Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training and further training as an HR specialist (HR-Fachperson) mandatory
• Sound knowledge of the entire HR lifecycle and several years of experience in operational HR
• Good knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law
• Independent, structured, solution-oriented, and reliable way of working
• Strong advisory and communication skills as well as a confident appearance
• Responsible and trustworthy personality with initiative
• High service orientation and enjoyment of exchange with employees and managers
• Proficient MS Office skills, digitally savvy, and enjoyment of using modern IT tools
