Your tasks: ####

Technical and professional leadership of a planning team with 12 employees
Leadership and promotion of employees as well as strengthening their individual responsibility
Management of demanding construction projects in the SIA phases 21 to 53
Ensuring design and technical quality as well as compliance with construction law, standards, and processes
Legally correct development of early project phases up to permit readiness
Business-fluent communication with clients, authorities, and specialist committees
Solution-oriented and cost-efficient coordination of specialist planners and experts
Management of personnel resources in coordination with the site management
Monthly project controlling and determination of suitable measures to achieve goals
Participation in offers and planner contracts as well as exchange with site management and Head of Architecture

Your profile: ####

You have a completed degree in architecture (FH/ETH). Additional training in project management is very welcome.
You can demonstrate several years of experience in planning management, preferably in various project phases.
You are familiar with the particularities of Swiss, especially Zurich, construction law.
You speak business-fluent German. Good English and/or French skills are an advantage.
You are proficient with MS Office programs, ArchiCAD, BIM, and ideally also Solibri and Adobe InDesign.
You are a strong-communicating and solution-oriented personality with high social competence and assertiveness.
Experience in project organization and project management as well as high cost and quality awareness complement your profile.
