• 18 juin 2026 • 80 - 100% • Durée indéterminée • Bändliweg 20, 8048 Zürich • Log in to see the jobup.ch salary estimation What exactly you do here: • Holistic consulting in the area of private loans - accompanying female and male customers throughout the entire consulting process and using both digital and classic channels in the process • Analysis and decision-making competence - professionally checking loan applications, assessing creditworthiness and developing tailor-made financing solutions, based on internal guidelines • Active sales & cross-selling, identification of customer needs and proactively selling supplementary insurance products • Developing and maintaining customer relationships - accompanying our clientele along the entire customer journey: from acquisition through portfolio management to long-term loyalty • Shaping instead of just executing - close cooperation with internal specialist departments and actively contributing to the further development of our consulting and sales processes So it works well with us: • Completed commercial training (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification, supplemented by sound experience in consulting or sales • Several years of experience in customer service or the sales environment as well as the distinct ability to professionally advise female and male customers and build trust • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, combined with a high sense of quality, reliability and a professional appearance • Digital affinity as well as confident handling of modern tools, systems and platforms • German or French at native speaker level as well as solid knowledge of the respective other language; further languages are an advantage.
