Within the Parking & Mobility department, the ZRH Center forms the competence center for all services related to mobility, parking, and access management of Flughafen Zürich. As a specialist, you will act from our new and top modern customer center, the ZRH-Center in the Circle, and ensure professional customer support for far more than 2'000 companies and 35'000 employees. A high service quality for our customers as well as the strengthening of Flughafen Zürich as a service center with innovative, reliable, and customer-centric services is our ultimate goal.

Your job destination

• Through your lived service mentality, you ensure competent support for our customers both in writing, by telephone, and personally at the counter of the <<ZRH Center>> in the Circle
• You are the first point of contact for our business customers and the airport community and ensure that concerns are processed professionally
• You process contracts, orders, as well as applications for airport products (IDs, parking cards, etc.) and ensure a smooth process from the order to the delivery of the respective product
• Your IT affinity helps you in the daily use of our digital ordering and booking platforms

Your skills in your luggage

• You have a commercial degree as well as several years of sound experience at a reception or similar
• You show high commitment and are communicative as well as solution-oriented
• You are valued as a team player with good manners and high social competence
• You feel comfortable with IT topics and preferably have knowledge of SAP solutions
• You communicate fluently in writing and orally in German and English, French is an advantage
