The Swiss central office for construction rationalization CRB is the competence center for standards in the construction industry. On behalf of the Swiss construction industry, we develop tools for planning, execution, and management together with partners and experts from practice.

To strengthen our team at the Zurich location, we are looking for an innovative personality.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for your products strategically and economically – from the product vision and roadmap to the market launch and the further development and optimization of the product lifecycle
• You significantly shape the orientation of your products: Where do we position ourselves, which customer problems do we solve, what market potential do we see – and what do we deliberately forgo?
• You also understand product management as economic responsibility and can include market potential, revenue, costs, and investments in your decisions
• You are close to the market: You conduct discussions with customers, professional associations, and software partners and derive sound product decisions from them
• You manage internal cooperation and ensure that requirements become effective solutions

Your profile

• Business administration degree at FH or university level or corresponding further training, ideally with a focus on product management
• Technical construction training or further training or practical experience in the construction and planning industry are an advantage. Decisive is your ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex technical areas and develop customer-oriented products from them
• Several years of experience in product management with independent responsibility for products, ideally in a B2B environment
• Demonstrable success in strategically aligning products and bringing them to market
• Your native language is German. French or English skills are an advantage
